The Senior Financial Analyst position is a key supporting role within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented who is motivated to take ownership, problem solve, and dive deep beyond the surface to determine underlying drivers while also seeing the bigger picture. Working closely with internal team members and division budget owners, this role is responsible for facilitating the many components to develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and analyses.

This role provides an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on company performance while being able to sharpen business and financial acumen, build relationships across all levels of the organization, and deepen understanding of the healthcare industry.

What you will do:

  • Support monthly processes to ensure expenses are captured accurately and completely.

  • Research and conduct meaningful, data led analysis of financial results and forecasts to identify and convey variance drivers for visibility and informed decision making.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and/or annual financial presentations.

  • Provide comprehensive financial assistance and guidance to non-financial business partners.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to enable forecasting of complex business planning scenarios.

  • Ensure compliance with finance and accounting guidelines and policies.

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting through cross functional collaboration.

  • Perform other tasks and deliverables that supports finance efforts to add value as business partners across the company.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of equivalent work experience. (Required)

  • Four (4) years of experience with financial planning and basic accounting principles. (Required)

  • Motivated self-starter and team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

National Salary Range:

$67,800.00 - $108,500.00

National Plus Salary Range:

$72,700.00 - $123,600.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska .
