As a Configuration Analyst III on our Applications Development team you will analyze, configure, and implement business requirements and system functionality to support the business.
What you’ll do
Evaluate, design, configure, and document system solutions consistent with established standards
Assess the impact and feasibility of requested changes to the company’s and vendor systems and applications and provide communication, direction and reporting of assessments, analysis, and solutions
Develop an expert understanding of the underlying data structure and configuration potential for the applications you support
Advocate and identify opportunities to leverage configuration to address business needs developing and implementing recommended configuration solutions
Share your configuration expertise mentoring and training other analysts to develop their system configuration knowledge
Support automation efforts relating to quality audits
Be part of a new agile team and support leadership in driving continuous improvement
Lead a variety of projects in different areas that support our providers
Act as a mentor to level I & II analysts on the team
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ work experience in a computer system support role
3 years health industry knowledge and experience
Experience configuring data for a healthcare application preferred
Experience presenting technical concepts to a non-technical audience preferred
Healthcare Management e.g. Utilization Management and Case Management and/or Claims experience preferred
An ability to excel in a collaborative environment
