As a Fulfillment Services Rep , you will prepare, audit and distribute printed marketing and member support materials. You will fulfill supply requests from Sales, Agents and Brokers, Group Administrators - taking requests from many sources, you will retrieve and print materials as needed, audit and assemble materials, as well as prepare for shipment.

What you’ll do

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; maintain positive relationships with business partners

  • Provide timely assistance; communicate issues, questions and status to customers and team members

  • Fulfill requests for print marketing and member support materials for internal and external customers: member kits, benefit booklets and contracts, agent and broker print supplies, and ID cards

  • Access requests from various sources, via phone, e-mail, shared e-mail distribution, and retrieving requests from the Sales database

  • Using information from reports and other quality control processes, audit the print output of Benefit Booklets and Contracts, as well as ID Cards, and report any QC issues – prepare for shipping

  • Assemble kitted materials; photocopy/print customized pieces as needed - prepare for shipping

  • Enter status of each request into the appropriate tracking tools; maintain logs and reporting tools

  • Monitor and maintain print inventory using "just in time" ordering

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or GED

  • One year previous customer service experience

  • Preferably, six months related experience and Access database data entry experience

  • Working knowledge of healthcare marketing and distribution services

  • Proficient use of MS Office software (or similar) such as Word and Excel

  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, solve problems

  • Ability to work independently and as a good team member

  • Good attention to detail, strong reading skills, and accuracy under pressure

  • Ability to follow instructions and to communicate clearly
