As an IT Project Manager for our Enterprise Project Delivery team , you will manage the scope, schedule, budget, and be accountable for the execution and delivery of company-wide initiatives. Our culture is experiencing increasingly fast-paced change and our Project Managers are vital to critically and independently think through business problems. You will identify goals, dependencies, and gaps. Projects will have high visibility and you will have the opportunity to facilitate across a broad array of stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Align resources, manage the scope / schedule and budget, execute and deliver

  • Manage high profile, high impact projects

  • Manage budgets and resource allocation

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and constraints

  • Participate in project governance process, ensuring sponsor and leadership alignment

  • Deliver customer and business value

  • Develop and communicate expectations and success measures with the team and partners

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience

  • 5 years’ project management experience

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to apply them effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Effectively manage stakeholder engagement

  • Identify and secure needed resources

  • Escalate conflicting priorities with other projects and matrixed team members

  • Influence team members to successfully execute on plan

  • Critically think to solve difficult problems with complex solutions and widespread impact
