As a Service Manager, you will bring a strategic approach to designing, delivering, managing and improving cybersecurity within Premera. You will support Data Protection and Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CIRT) and bring value to business users in the form of service. It creates an easy and clear way for people to interact with the team, creates confidence in our ability to respond, and ensures that users find value in the services we deploy.

What you’ll do

  • Provide holistic over-site and act as the central point of contact for Data Protection and Cybersecurity Incident Response services

  • Bridge the gap between highly technical IT and security teams to ensure the services support the business

  • Clearly articulate project, program, and service status, risks, and outlook to leadership

  • Work closely with engineering manager in support of backlog, review and respond to tickets, and support real-time problem resolution

  • Champion organizational change, continuous improvement, and prioritization

  • Create and manage communications regarding requirements development, RFP, vendor reviews, and new or changes to existing technology

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or technology systems or related field or 4 years’ work experience

  • 7 years of project or service management experience

  • Solid experience within data protection and incident response and also possess the lens of the business user

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

  • Agile experience is preferred

  • Capacity to execute on multiple priorities while also maintaining visibility and alignment to overall strategic objectives
