As a Senior Recruiter at Premera, you will perform a full range of recruitment tasks for technical, professional, and management positions. In this role, you will apply creative and unique recruitment strategies to source, attract, screen, and hire the best candidates. Our Senior Recruiters partner with HRBPs and leaders to plan for current as well as future workforce needs and to develop a strong pipeline of candidates.
What you’ll do
Plan and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies. Actively source talent, leveraging social & business networks.
Build relationships with candidates, providing them an excellent candidate experience.
Promote Premera’s story, and engage talent while representing our values.
Partner and build relationships with the business, staying current on their needs, changes, and goals to best serve their recruitment needs over time.
Leverage data to understand trends and opportunities
Identify opportunities and work with others in HR to influence changes which improve the candidate, employee, and leadership experience.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Marketing or related field or four years’ work experience.
Eight years of experience in recruiting or the equivalent experience of eight years in human resources, sales, marketing, customer service or similar environment.
Experience building full-cycle recruitment plans for business groups. Full-cycle technical recruiting experience is preferred.
