Who is Vivacity?

Vivacity offers innovative wellness services to employers seeking to achieve a healthier more productive workforce and lower the rate of their healthcare costs. Vivacity started within Premera offering wellness services to their corporate wellness clients. In 2009 Vivacity became its own entity so we could offer services to non- Premera clients nationwide.

As a Vivacity Sales Executive, you will contribute to the achievement of short and long-term department/corporate goals, including increasing revenues by selling new wellness products and services.

What you’ll do:

  • Sell new wellness products and services
  • Develop and execute successful selling strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain high quality professional/personal relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Develop appropriate solutions to client issues and concerns; prepare and present comprehensive proposals

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or four (4) years’ work experience required
  • Three (3) years' sales experience and/or sales related experience
  • Desire and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills; consistently driving to exceed goals
  • Effective problem solving, analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
